Responsibilities:
Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential, including but not limited to:
• Setting appropriate learning outcomes
• Establishing supportive relationships with students and parents
• Engaging students in meaningful, developmentally appropriate, real world discussions and learning activities
• Developing authentic and aligned assessments to measure student growth and informed instructional decisions

Collaboratively work with team members to fulfill the mission, vision and beliefs of both the school and district.

Serve as an ambassador of Orleans Parish Public Schools through all forms of professional communication.

Certification / Requirements:
Louisiana Certification (Preferred)
