Group Exercise, Personal Training and Swim Lessons

PERSONAL TRAINING
Ages 16+   (Ask for Pricing/Availability)
Get a tailored exercise program prescribed by our certified personal

trainer. Personal training packages include fitness testing, detailed

goal setting, exercise prescription, nutritional analysis, and daily

motivation from our experienced, certified personal trainer.

 BOOT CAMP (6pm Mon/Wed)
Ages 17+ (Starts Sept. 14th, $35 members/$50 non-members)
Our boot camp is a 7-week class is tailored to provide a coach motivated, high intensity workout that is time efficient. The Camp features the use of body weight exercises, free weights, and conditioning exercises.

 CORE CONDITIONING   (6pm Tues/Thurs)
Ages 18+ (Starts Sept. 15th, $20 members/$40 non-members)
Core Conditioning is a 7-week course designed to strengthen, stabilize, and chisel those problem abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles. This course features a myriad of exercises using body weight, resistance bands, stabilizations balls, and free weights.

ZUMBA (9am Sat)
 Ages 17+ (Starts Sept. 19th, $35 members/$50 non-members)
Our Zumba is a 7-week class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

DANCE/STEP AEROBICS (12pm Tues/Thurs)
Ages 18+ (Starts Sept. 15th, FREE members/$40 non-members)
Dance and Step Aerobics are moderate intensity cardiovascular workouts. Some classes are dance-based, borrowing steps and music from popular styles such as Latin, disco, hip-hop, jazz, Caribbean, and more. Step classes use an adjustable height platform in the choreography. The emphasis is on having fun while getting fit.

YOUTH WELLNESS (9am Sat)
Ages 10-16 (Starts Sept. 19th, FREE members/$40 non-members)
Our Youth Boot Camp is geared towards youth to introduce them to fun, physical activities to promote health and wellness. These activities will include exercises that work total body with high energy.

 WATER AEROBICS  (6:30pm Mon/Wed)
Ages 18+ (Starts Sept. 14th, FREE members/$40 non-members)

This course offers a vigorous exercise program without being in the heat. Our water aerobics class allows for low impact strength training, endurance, cardio, and flexibility training.


 SWIM LESSONS
Ages 4+ ($160 Individual/Group of 5 or more $50)
We use a variety of methods to help individuals overcome fears, build confidence and develop skills that last a lifetime. Experienced instructors set achievable goals and celebrate successes.

 ADULT TEAM SPORTS
Ages 18+ (Opens Sept. 19th, $35 for Individuals/$250 team)
Whether you miss “suiting up” or are new to team sports, the Y’s sports leagues provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and reconnect or start fresh with sport you love.  Basketball, soccer, hockey, tennis, volleyball and golf are just some of the options available to get you back on the court or on the field.
