ACADEMICS:

Students must meet the following academic expectations to participate in any Extra Curricular Activities

 

Must maintain a 2.5 grade point average

 

Regular class attendance (excessive absences and tardiness is unacceptable)

 

Regular class participation - comes to class prepared for all courses and completes classroom/homework assignments

 

If a student is having difficulty maintaining the academic expectations, he/she will be referred to a tutoring class until necessary progress is shown. Students will not be allowed to participate in events if the academic requirements are not met and maintained.

 

BEHAVIOR/DISCIPLINE

 

All students are expected to follow all school wide expectations and rules, demonstrate positive behavior in all classes and present themselves as models of excellence at all times. Failure to maintain will result in disciplinary action.

 

PRACTICE/ ATTENDANCE

 

Attendance at all scheduled practices is a requirement to participate in any performance/competition. Practice will be held after school from 4:00-5:30 pm Monday through Wednesday beginning on September 6, 2016. Saturday rehearsals are from 9am-1pm and will begin on September 10, 2016.  Parents/ Guardians will be notified in advance about any changes that may take place with our scheduling. Please be advised that your child will be ready for pick-up at dismissal time as we expect all of our students to be picked up on-time.
